But what does it look like, the future of money and payments? Which radical changes are facing omnichannel commerce, and how can we meet them?
At Planet Trade 2018, future researchers and experts in the fields of trade and payment will not only present the challenges ahead on the way to the future of commerce, but will also try to find answers to those and many other questions.
PRESENTERS
The Planet Trade 2018 will be presented by Maik Klotz and Delicia Reitershan.
Maik Klotz is a consultant, speaker and author about banking, payment and retail. With many years of experience, Maik advises businesses with regards to customer-focused innovation methods and user focusing. Currently he is also Head of Communications at YES.com AG. He will guide through the program in room American Express on the 28th floor.
Delicia Reitershan is a Senior Support Manager at Computop. Born in Ireland, she moved to Germany and joined the Payment People in 2017. Prior to joining Computop, she worked as a team lead at PayPal and can look back on 6 years’ experience in the payment industry. Delicia will lead through the program in room Six Payment Services on the 27th floor.
